We offer quality facilities together with a friendly service for both business and holiday guests.
Our spacious rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated with private bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Free Wi Fi.

We have two rooms available,

A double room with flat screen TV, fridge, sofa area and lovely views over South Downs.

A self contained annexe with large lounge incorporating dining area, kitchenette and TV, luxury bathroom with spa bath and bedroom with superking or twin beds and sofa bed.
Ironing board, iron and hair dryer.

Off road parking.

No smoking house, but smoking is permitted on patio area.
Payment– on arrival please, by cash or cheque. We do not accept credit cards.
Sorry, no pets.
Transport to and from local venues available.

Room rates:
Double room: £40 Single occupancy per night,£60 Double occupancy per night
Annexe suite : £50 single occupancy per night, £70 double occupancy per night
Prices include continental breakfast, or full cooked breakfast available for £5.00 per person

We also have a camper van should you wish to experience the delights of camper vanning without having to drive the vehicle.
